WORKSHOP PROPOSAL
We are now accepting proposals for the 2024 conference! Presentation proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis and a member of the conference planning committee will contact you regarding your proposal
after
the Priority Deadline: January 5, 2024. Presentations can be either 25 or 50 minutes, please plan your workshop to take the entire time.
All workshop topics are welcome! We want to emphasize workshops that focus on the following topics:
Diversity & Inclusion (ex. Intersectionality, Positionality, Cultural Competency, Microaggressions, Gender Equity, Identity)
Relationship Building (ex. Getting to Know your Residents, Boundary Setting)
Finding Balance (ex. Balance as an Athlete, Balancing Academics, Prioritizing School and Sports, Organization)
Engagement & Programming (ex. Increasing Program Attendance, Keeping Residents Engaged, Safe & Inclusive Social Programming)
Mental Health Awareness (ex. Stigmas, CARE/BIT Team Resources, Programming)
