    WORKSHOP PROPOSAL
    We are now accepting proposals for the 2023 conference! Presentation proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis and a member of the conference planning committee will contact you regarding your proposal after the Priority Deadline: December 8, 2023. Presentations can be either 25 or 50 minutes, please plan your workshop to take the entire time.

    All workshop topics are welcome! We want to emphasize workshops that focus on the following topics:
    • Diversity & Inclusion (ex. Intersectionality, Positionality, Cultural Competency, Microaggressions, Gender Equity, Identity)
    • Relationship Building (ex. Getting to Know your Residents, Boundary Setting)
    • Finding Balance (ex. Balance as an Athlete, Balancing Academics, Prioritizing School and Sports, Organization)
    • Engagement & Programming (ex. Increasing Program Attendance, Keeping Residents Engaged, Safe & Inclusive Social Programming)
    • Mental Health Awareness (ex. Stigmas, CARE/BIT Team Resources, Programming)
    Please include first name, last name, and title.
    Please separate each presenter with a semicolon. Also, please ensure accurate spelling of each presenter.
    Please use your ".edu" address, if you have one.
    Please use your institutions full name. (Example: American International College, not AIC)
    Be creative, but make sure the title reflects the content you hope to cover.
    What are you trying to achieve or what do you hope your attendees will get out of your presentation?
    In an effort to make our conference accessible to all styles of learning, please be sure to include the method(s) in which you will be using for your presentation or workshop (powerpoint, paper/pen, group movement, social learning, etc.).
    This should be short and to the point. As succinctly as possible, tell your audience what your presentation is about.
