The 413 Area RA Conference was founded in 2015 as an affordable conference for paraprofessionals and professionals in Higher Education in the 413 area code. While remaining an affordable conference, it has since grown to include student and professional staff from institutions throughout the Northeast region. The 413 Area RA Conference aims to be a positive learning experience for all paraprofessional staff, including those who do not plan to enter the field of Higher Education as professionals.
